Q: I’m completing my order and I got redirected to PayPal. Do I have to have a PayPal account to purchase from your site?

A: No, you can pay with your credit card by clicking the “continue” link to the left of the login box.

Q: Are porcupines hurt in the process of getting the quills for your jewelry?

A: No! Porcupines shed their quills naturally like hair and are not harmed in any way in the gathering of their quills.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Your order will ship in 2-14 days. Each piece of jewelry is handmade individually. You will receive notice when your order has shipped. If you need a rush order, please send an email to us.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you would like to return your unworn merchandise, you may do so within 7 days of receipt for a refund, not including any shipping charges. Please send an email to info@kristenelspeth.com for a return authorization and return shipping instructions. Returns will be not be accepted without authorization. Jewelry should be returned within 7 days of authorization and must be in its original condition and packaging before the refund will be issued. Please insure your return, as we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Sale items are final sale.

Q: How do I redeem my complimentary Baby Quill Necklace?

A: On the second page of the checkout form, there will be a space to enter your coupon code. It will give you a $0.01 discount on the items in your shopping bag in order to notify me that I should send you a necklace along with your purchase. Do not add one into your shopping bag unless you plan on actually buying another one.

Q: Can I specify what color quill I want for my complimentary Baby Quill Necklace?

A: I will randomly choose what to send you and it will likely be Sterling Silver with either a Black or Natural Quill. If you have a preference, send me an email along with your order # or include a note with your payment in the designated field.
