  • When will my order ship? 

All jewelry is made upon order, we don't keep much in stock. Orders can take up to 2 to 4 weeks to ship. We'll contact you if we come across any delays. If you need your order rushed, email us with your order number. A rush fee may apply. 

  • Why does tracking show that my package hasn't made any progress yet?

Sometimes the carrier's updates aren't up to the moment. If you see that progress hasn't been made within 24 hours, please send an email so we can contact the carrier. 

  • What is your return policy?

Unworn items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of receipt. Please email us for a return authorization and we'll send instructions and a shipping label. 

  • Do you make custom jewelry or work with heirloom jewelry or stones? 

Yes! It's our favorite! Send us an email and well see what kind of magic we can make together.


  • Can you repair or make size adjustments to my jewelry? 

Send us an email and let us know what you need done. A repair fee may apply.
