  • When will my order ship? 

All jewelry is made upon order, we don't keep much in stock. Orders can take up to 2 to 4 weeks to ship. We'll contact you if we come across any delays. If you need your order rushed, email us with your order number. A rush fee may apply.

  • Why does tracking show that my package hasn't made any progress yet?

​Sometimes the carrier's updates aren't up to the moment. If you see that progress hasn't been made within 24 hours, please send an email so we can contact the carrier.

  • What is your return policy?

​Unworn items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of receipt. Please email us for a return authorization and we'll send instructions and a shipping label.

  • Do you make custom jewelry or work with heirloom jewelry or stones? 

Yes! It's our favorite! Send us an email and well see what kind of magic we can make together.

  • Can you repair or make size adjustments to my jewelry? 

Send us an email and let us know what you need done. A repair fee may apply.
