Jewelry Care and Cleaning
Keep jewelry stored separately and with care in a jewelry box. Avoid contact with rough surfaces and harsh chemicals. Use a polishing cloth to remove dirt, oil and oxidization from your jewelry. To clean stones, take to a professional jewelry cleaner to ensure proper care of each individual type of stone.

Each piece is made in Los Angeles by hand. Due to the handmade nature of each piece of jewelry, minor "imperfections" are normal, encouraged, and give each piece it's own uniqueness.
Rings are made in whole sizes according to standard US sizing. Should you need assistance with finding your ring size, please click here for a printable sizing tool and follow the instructions for proper use. See below for custom sizing requests and re-sizing requests.
Engraved items are final sale. Please choose your font from our available font choices included on your item page, and follow instructions on the item page for including your engraving message. If no preferences are made for engraving, we will choose the best option for your engraving for readability and visibility.
Porcupines shed their quills naturally like hair and are not harmed in any way in the gathering of their quills.

-International: USPS Priority Insured ($45) Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks for international packages to arrive. The customer is responsible for customs and duty fees.
-Complimentary Shipping: we are not responsible for any misdirected, lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
-Signature Required packages will require a Direct Signature from the recipient.
-Please make your selections carefully, as we do not offer refunds or have the ability to "cancel" an order once it has been placed. We are happy to offer online store credits under certain circumstances detailed below.
-Engraved items, custom orders, discounted, and sale items are final sale.
-Unworn items in original packaging and original condition may be returned upon approval for online store credit only within 7 days of receipt in the form of a redemption code for use during checkout. Shipping fees are non-returnable and online store credits do not apply toward shipping costs.
-Please click here to email us with details of your return request. Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number and a return shipping label with instructions. Returns will be not be accepted without authorization.
-Return authorization number is valid for 7 days. Any returns received after the 7 day period will be refused.
-Items must be in original condition, original packaging, shipped in a cardboard box with the return authorization number included on the outside of the box otherwise the package will be refused.
-We are not responsible for any misdirected, lost, damaged or stolen packages.
-Store credits are issued upon inspection and we reserve the right to refuse a return if circumstances warrant. We will contact you if we have any questions regarding your returned item.
-Your credit will be for the amount of the item plus tax if applicable, excluding any shipping charges. Online store credits do not apply toward shipping costs. If your credit exceeds the amount of your purchase, you will be issued a new credit for the balance.
Custom Sizing and Re-sizing
-If you don't see the size you want, let us know. Custom sizing is on a per - case basis, as not all items may be suitable for certain sizes, and in some cases we can make modifications to suit. Please click here to email us with your request.
-Re-sizing requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. We will make adjustments to make a ring smaller, however a larger size request will be considered a return and may be returned within the 7 day return policy period and in accordance with return policy standards mentioned above.
-Re-sizing of pre-worn ring is on a per - case basis. Please click here to email us with your request.
-Fees for sizing and re-shipping will be collected before work begins.
